EasyReload

EasyReload changes are as follows:

1. Changed the base version of spigot-api used to 1.14.
2. Used Java 11 for the building process.
3. Added path validation to the gradle plugin.
4. No longer depends on bukkit api's /reload and spigot-api's /restart command to reload the plugins and restart the server.
5. Requires the server start script to be named start.<extension> where <extension> is bat and sh for windows and macOs/Linux respectively.
6. If the start script doesn't exists or the naming scheme isn't followed, then the server will still restart but without any custom startup arguments provided to it i.e. --nogui to avoid displaying in gui.
