Added 3 new features

• Players can now skip the waiting time between duels
• Now there is an option to disable natural regeneration for a specific kit
• A difficulty selector.

You can access the difficulty selector in the #settings menu.

Spectators now can't fly out of the arena and can't teleport. They can collide with blocks placed by players.
