Version 1.1.0 — "Configuration & Command Update"

✨ New Features

🗂️ Configuration File (config.yml)

• Added a fully documented config.yml with all stamina drain and regeneration values.
• Server owners can now tweak every single drain rate without touching any code.
• All 11 values are adjustable directly from the file.

📟 In-Game Command System (/stamina)

Brand new /stamina command with 3 subcommands:

• /stamina reload — Reloads the config from disk and applies all values instantly, no restart needed.
• /stamina setdrain <key> <value> — Dynamically updates a single drain or regen value live and saves it to config.yml.
• /stamina info — Prints all current drain and regen values directly in chat for quick reference.

⚙️ Live Value System

• StaminaListener and StaminaTask now read all values live from ConfigManager instead of hardcoded constants.
• Any change made via command or reload is reflected immediately with no restart required.

🔑 Configurable Keys

sprint	Leg drain per tick while sprinting
jump	Leg drain per jump
jump-sneak-mult	Multiplier for jumping while sneaking
fall	Leg drain multiplier per HP of fall damage
swing	Arm drain per weapon swing
bow	Arm drain per bow shot
shield	Arm drain per blocked hit
mine	Arm drain per block damage event
regen-normal	Stamina restored per tick normally
regen-sneak	Stamina restored per tick while sneaking
regen-delay	Milliseconds before regen kicks in

🔒 Permissions

• All /stamina commands require the dualstamina.admin permission node.
