The plugin tracks two independent pools. If you push your body to the limit, exhaustion sets in.

🧩 Core Mechanics

• The Exhaustion Penalty:
  • Legs (0%): Triggers Slowness V. You cannot sprint until you recover to 25%.
  • Arms (0%): Triggers Mining Fatigue III for 4 seconds.
• Shield Break: If your Arm stamina hits 0% while blocking an attack, your shield is disabled (5s cooldown).
• Adrenaline System: Consuming a Golden Apple or Speed Potion grants 10 seconds of infinite stamina.
• Hunger Cap: If your food level is 6 or lower, your stamina is hard-capped at 50.0. You cannot reach full strength while starving.

• config.yml Customization: Every single drain rate, multiplier, and recovery speed can now be customized directly from the config file without touching any code.
• In-Game Management (/stamina):
  • /stamina reload — Instantly reloads configuration settings without requiring a server restart.
  • /stamina setdrain <key> <value> — Live-updates specific stamina drain/regen parameters on the fly.
  • /stamina info — Quickly previews all active stamina variables directly in chat.
• Admin Permissions: Commands are fully secured behind the dualstamina.admin permission node.

• Regeneration: Starts after 1 second of inactivity.
