Defenestrate

I had an idea for something that might be useful. I have a list of 4 more interesting fixes that might improve the experience, but they're a bit more time consuming so I'll only do that if I have time later.

• added removeblocks command that can remove block entities within a specified radius if something goes wrong while the server crashes or something
