💀 Custom Death Messages

•	Kills from the Death Note now show a proper death message in chat — "[Death Note] <player>'s cause of death: <cause>" — instead of a generic vanilla death message.

🔄 Pickup-Based Ownership Transfer

•	The notebook can now be picked up off the ground to transfer ownership to whoever grabs it, replacing 2.0.0's "cannot be dropped" lock.

🛠️ Other

•	Internal cleanup to how death causes are tracked per-player.
