this is basically a server side spigot/paper plugin adding a simple rtp command with a config.

crtp is a light spigot plugin (also works on forks like papermc) for 1.21.10 and above which teleports you to a random location in the world you run the /rtp command in.
features:
- safe-location finding (avoids stuff like lava or fire)
- cooldown which is configurable
- enable/disable per world
- customizable with color codes
- admin commands for reloading and getting information about the plugin version
cmds:
- /rtp (the main thing, tps to random location)
- /crtp reload|version|help (for admins)
