Added a /reloadeggs command which reloads all the eggs in the config

Removed an unnecessary debug message that printed out a permission

Major overhaul of the plugin:

Migrated to a much more flexible and versatile system that would allow the creation of custom eggs. Overall should function the same as in previous versions, however, all eggs configuration will be in their separate folder rather than in the config.yml. Config.yml will remain empty for now.

Added support for:

• More flexible crafting - Users won't be limited by the previous crafting layout now as they can choose between the characters to represent each material.
• More particle and sounds - Users can now add more sounds and configure them to their liking now.
• Potion effects - Users can now add potion effects to eggs that will affect entities hit by the specific eggs.
• Creation of custom eggs - Although inconvenient due to the absence of an interface, users can now create their own eggs in the eggs folder. However, these eggs must follow the specific format that is outlined in the 2 default eggs: Crazy Egg and Destruction Egg.
• Permissions - Permissions will be created with the creation of new eggs.

This release might contain bugs. Interfaces are to be released in the future.

Fixed the updatechecker for the last time hopefully.
