• recipes.override-vanilla-equipment-recipes: true now replaces protected vanilla tool recipes in the server recipe registry.
• Protected direct tool outputs now use CoreToolsX progression recipes under the matching minecraft:* recipe keys.
• Runtime validation still checks the real item, ingredients, permissions, and custom-item compatibility before crafting.
• Wooden tool crafting and vanilla diamond -> netherite smithing remain untouched.
