Fixed performance issues related to Hopper Minecarts when chunks are unloaded.
Added two separate options for sorting (inventory/chests), you can now choose to only allow sorting of chests/storage or player inventories (or enable both!)
Removed Hoppers as a valid storage for Hopper Minecarts to push into (with the Hopper Minecart Addition enabled). They push items as fast as they pull them with this addition enabled and it was breaking Super Smelters.
