Changed how time is handled by the plugin, now being per player and not global hardcoded.

Mainly a bugfix version, I'm sorry it took so long but I didn't really have the motivation to redo a big part of the plugin.

Added:

• Hotbar mode

Fixed:

• Coordinates are now floored instead of rounded to better match minecraft's block grid
• Per player settings should no longer breakdown with more than 4 players online (should)

added a way to change the colors of the bossbar itself, fixed disabling of features!
