• Allow users to pick a predefined start time for interval. This now gives the possibility to set an interval to 15min and force CMT to execute it at 14:00, 14:15, 14:30,...

• Fixes issues with the scheduler that caused to wrongly schedule task times or not schedule them at all
• Fixes issues where the last execution date would update on server restart/reload

• Fixes a bug where the ALLTASKS placeholder would not resolve properly
