VerdantGlow
This is a plugin with 16 different colors where you can make other people glow is that color. This plugin is perfect for smps and events.
VerdantGlowing lets you give any player a colored glowing outline without affecting their name tag or tablist color. Unlike traditional glowing systems that rely on scoreboard teams (which color the player’s name), this plugin uses invisible glowing armor stands that follow players and simulate colored glow.
