#22 Fixed an issue where Redstone Wire would get turned into Stone.

This is a long winded technicality that shouldn't be a thing.

1. Major Optimization to Block Chunk Scanning - 90% Reduction per Spark Profiler (1% -> 0.1%)
2. Falling Blocks no longer notify you.
3. Listed Blocks will not drop if a player is in Creative. Preventing item lag.
4. Unbreakable items are now replaced with stone.
5. There is a new permission that allows you to bypass block/door limits.
6. Pre-Cave Update Checks have been removed.

Latest update now officially supports items and entities up to 1.21.11.

All releases going forward will go by update instead of API.

Additions

New Chunk Warning feature. Set how many entities can be in a chunk before warning you. Great for if someone spams a mob you didn't have listed!!

Fixes

One of scan event triggers had the X and Z axis calculated incorrectly.
