• added deleteplayermessages <player> command with chitchat.deleteplayermessages permission, allowing removal of all messages sent by the specified player
• reworked how message cache works to enable the feature outlined in the first point

• dropped CommandAPI to make the plugin not require waiting for its next version to update

• fix plugin not working on 1.20.4

• fixed papi placeholders not getting entire placeholder tag if it contained :
• added chitchat reload command with chitchat.command.reload permission
