Added the ability to broadcast death messsages over a Discord webhook.

Added the option to not use parentheses in the tab list

Added the ability to display teams in the player list. Teams persist if a player changes their name.

Added a feature to broadcast chat messages through Discord webhooks. It is off by default and must be configured in config.yml.

Update latest version to 1.21.7
