ChatPing

When someone types @username in chat, the plugin:

• highlights the name in gold
• plays a ding sound so they actually notice it
• flashes a quick message above their hotbar
• sends them a private copy of the message so it doesn't get lost in chat spam

install: just drop the jar in your plugins folder and restart. requires paper 1.21.1+. completely server side, no client mods needed.
