ChatColor3

First release of ChatColor3, a community fork of Sulphate's ChatColor2 rebuilt for modern Paper servers.

What's in this release:

• Full Paper 26.2 support (Java 21, Adventure text API, AsyncChatEvent)
• All the original features: legacy colours, hex, ✨, gradients, modifiers, custom colours, group colours
• GUI colour picker with configurable layout
• MySQL and MariaDB storage alongside the default YAML storage
• PlaceholderAPI placeholders
• Tab completions for all commands and arguments
• Named colours now work in ✨ and gradient commands (for example /chatcolor &g[red,blue])
• Clearer console messaging when running player-only commands from the server console

This version drops support for Minecraft 1.20 and older. If you need those versions, stick with the original ChatColor2.
