Initial Release

Added recursive chain block removal with configurable tick delay.
Three modes: NORMAL, WHITELIST, and SELECT.
Whitelist system for allowed block types.
Replace-with list: removed blocks can be replaced with random blocks from a configurable list.
Full in-game GUI for managing modes, whitelist, and replace-with list.
All features are configurable via commands and config.yml.
Tab completion for all commands.
Permission system (chainblockremover.use).
Support for Minecraft 1.20 and 1.21 (Spigot/Paper).
