This plugin allows you to sleep anywhere and not set spawnpoint.

This is very useful if you want to skip the night, but you want to break the bed after. Sleeping in a bed and breaking it sets your spawn to worldspawn. But with this plugin just right click in the air with a bed and sleep well! No spawn set, and the bed gets back to you on the instant you wake up.
