borderxp.center – allow set center of Border
borderxp.timer – allow timer toggle ON/OFF

*Default value is set to 5s (changeable in BorderXP.properties)

• After respawn the Action-Bar shows remain seconds

• Its now possible to set the Center to an another location.
• Please remind to set the worldspawn to the center!
