/pedestal set — saves all 60+ block locations around the pedestal structure
/pedestal activate / deactivate — builds the active/inactive structure
Beacon + Ancient Debris detection with end crystal spawning at Y=319
Energy bottle drop detection (5 required), restoration tomb drop, repair kit drop
Full 3-phase restoration ritual animation (sprite rise → gem circles → 238-tick main animation)
Repair ritual (10 rounds × 10s, heals gems within 7 blocks)
Block/explosion protection on pedestal blocks
Message spam dedup (1.5s cooldown per message)
Drop event dedup (prevents double-fire)
End crystals killed on activate/deactivate
Progression System (5 phases)

Phase 1: No nether, no enchantments, no obsidian, no ender pearls, no diamond armor (2h)
Phase 2: Enchantments, obsidian, ender pearls unlock
Phase 3: Nether unlocks, netherite locked
Phase 4: Netherite unlocks
Phase 5: End unlocks
/bliss phase <1-5> and /bliss start commands
Phase info broadcast on phase change (border size, what's locked/unlocked)
Per-title enabled toggle in config
