Fix: minor bugs

Feat: time formatting (years, months, weeks, days, minutes and seconds) global or in-line per top. Fix: removed a hard-coded value at rotative tasks that decrease performance. Fix?: reconfigured default/example configs in order to fit every server and increase performance with 0 setup.
