We are happy to release axvFriends 1.2 – a big step forward for multi-language support, customization and overall stability!

• Complete Language System Rework All messages are now fully customizable through lang/*.yml files (one file per language). No more hardcoded messages – everything can be translated or edited per server.

• Fixed Custom Message Keys Issues where keys like friend-cannot-add-self or friend-accepted-by were shown in chat instead of proper messages have been fixed. Missing keys are now logged once in console, making it easier to spot and adjust translations.

• Unified Multi-Language Bundle Every shipped language now has a complete set of keys: Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (PT/BR), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified).

• Improved Database Configuration Database configuration has been simplified: database.type + a single database.url (e.g. jdbc:mysql://user:pass@host:3306/db) and automatic SQLite file creation.

• Better /friend UX & Help Menu The /friend help menu has been cleaned up and fully translated in each language, with consistent color scheme and section headings.

• Reload & Stability Improvements /axvfriends reload now correctly reloads:

  • config.yml
  • all lang/*.yml files
  • database connection
  • in-memory friend request cache Several internal null-pointer and edge-case issues around friend requests and blocking have been fixed.
