NOTE: For conforms standards of bukkit plugins, we adjusted some directories. now config/armourers_workshop-common.yml rename to plugins/armourers_workshop/config.yml, armourers_workshop/skin-library rename to plugins/armourers_workshop/skin-library.

NOTE: We add an statistics, unlike mods the plugins only service the server owner. so we can't to know whether it is used? how many players it serves? I strongly recommend you turn on, because it will decide update plan of this project, no one wants to maintain a no user project.
