• The player who placed the water can always pick it back up.
• Other players cannot pick up the source block for 60 seconds.
• Protection automatically expires after 60 seconds.
• Lightweight and memory-efficient.

During the protection period:

• ✅ The owner may pick the water back up immediately.
• ❌ Other players cannot pick it up with a bucket.

After 60 seconds:

• ✅ Anyone may pick up the water source.
