Anti-Breach Swapping

A lightweight Minecraft plugin designed to counter "breach swapping" — the exploit of quickly switching between a sword/axe and the Breach Mace to improperly transfer or gain normally unobtainable enchantments (like Breach on swords or axes).
This plugin ensures fair PvP by disabling or limiting rapid weapon swapping while keeping gameplay smooth and balanced.
