Makes items dropped by player death not despawn. Made specifically for a personal server of mine because I couldn't find one with the right version so don't expect much support

- Made the plugin Note that it probably works on other 1.21.X versions and maybe even Spigot but I only ticked the ones I'm using it on because I'm not testing it for something I don't need on my server.
