🚀 Version 1.5.x — Major Quality & UX Updates

🧩 Ticket Conversations

• 💬 Unified conversation view
  Player messages and staff notes are now merged into one chronological conversation, sorted by date & time.
• 🕒 Every message now shows:
  • Author (player or staff)
  • Rank / prefix
  • Date & time
• 🎨 Message text is always plain (no colors), while ranks/prefixes keep their formatting.

📖 Book & Chat Improvements

• 📘 Conversation can be viewed:
  • In chat (paged)
  • In a written book
• 🧹 Removed duplicate/oversized information:
  • Player note
  • Staff note
    These are no longer shown inside ticket items in GUIs to prevent clutter.

✍️ Adding Messages

• 👤 Players can now add extra messages to their own tickets via the GUI.
• 🧑‍💼 Staff can add multiple notes without overwriting previous ones.
• ➕ New messages are appended, never replaced.
• ❌ GUI now automatically closes when entering chat-input mode (clean UX).

🗂️ Ticket Archiving

• 🗄️ Tickets can be archived instead of deleted.
• 🔁 Archived tickets can be restored (with permission).
• 👮 Permanent deletion of archived tickets is permission-based.
• 👤 Players can view their own archived tickets via a dedicated GUI button.

📊 Staff Statistics

• 📈 New Staff Statistics GUI:
  • Tickets claimed
  • Tickets handled
  • Tickets closed
  • Tickets deleted
  • Tickets archived
• 🧠 Player heads now correctly show the actual staff member skin.
• 🔐 Statistics menu is protected by a dedicated permission.

🌍 Language & Translation

• 🌐 All new features fully support the language system.
• 🇳🇱 Fixed incorrect English text showing when Dutch is selected.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT:
  If you want the plugin in English, you MUST change the language in config.yml.

🧼 Bug Fixes & Polish

• 🔙 Fixed broken back buttons (especially in archive menus).
• 🧠 Fixed GUI navigation returning to empty pages.
• 🛠️ Fixed multiple compilation issues and missing method references.
• 🧾 Fixed message formatting issues where color codes (&7, etc.) were visible as text.
• 🔄 Improved internal consistency between GUI actions and chat listeners.
