Altar SMP

Fixed some much needed bugs, This release comes with: Night Piercer -> Fixes the bug with the biting ability where the hearts where permantly reduced and never put back. BloodLust -> Fixed where the passive effects were never given. (The blood level is currently global, its changable in the config.yml (default is at 0) Per player blood level will come soon!) And many more bug fixes.
