Altar Arc 2

Lots of bug fixes which I did a while ago and forgot to upload.

Adds pale cannon, adds pale cannon doublebackstab damage, adds commands to make specfic players different species. Plus some other stuff.

Added compatability with ranked smp.

Changes pale rots colour in tab and adds commands to make specfic players specfic species. Also makes pale rots do double backstab damage. Also stops the og vampire from becoming a pale rot or human.

The first release!
