AdvancedMining

• You can now stop mining a block and start mining another one without resetting progress.
• This is configured with the allow-breaking-multiple-blocks, simultaneous-broken-blocks-limit and mining-progress-reset-timer config options. (more about them in the README)
• The color of the mining progress bar is now configurable via the progress-bar-color config option.
• Fixed Issue #1 which made the plugin not work in specific circumstances.
