ActMotd is a clean, production-ready MOTD + Join/Quit message plugin for Paper/Spigot servers.

Features

• Two-line MOTD system (line1 + line2)
• MOTD rotation modes: single / random / sequence
• Color support: legacy (&) + hex (&#RRGGBB on 1.16+)
• Optional PlaceholderAPI placeholders in MOTD and messages
• Custom join/quit broadcasts with vanilla join/quit suppression
