Remove config overrides for Simple Voice Chat (never intended to be included and caused some connection problems)

Fully compatible with 1.1.x.

Adds Fresh Animations resource pack.

This version should still be compatible with previous versions without crashing, but bugs may occur for clients if the host is 1.1.0.

• Replace WI Zoom with Zume (smoother zoom mod).
• Add Noisium (faster worldgen).
