Sodium Edition
The standard, highly compatible optimization route using the OpenGL API. Perfect for most users and supports shaders.

- FerriteCore: Significantly reduces the memory footprint of the game.
- EntityCulling: Skips rendering hidden entities/tiles to boost performance.
- Iris Shaders: Seamless, high-performance shader support (the best OptiFine alternative).
2. 
VulkanMod Edition (Maximum Raw Performance)
A wildly powerful route that completely replaces OpenGL with the Vulkan API. Incredible for squeezing out the absolute maximum raw FPS, especially on AMD or newer GPUs (2012 or above).

📥 Installation Guide
🟢 Modrinth App, MultiMC, Prims Launcher (Recommended)
- Open the launcher that supports the Modrinth modpack format.
- Search for Valkaw Client.
- Choose your preferred edition, either Sodium or VulkanMod, and the Minecraft version you want to play.
- Click Install and hit play!
🟡 CurseForge and other launchers (Legacy Launcher, Titan Launcher,...)
- Not supported CurseForge, the only way is to use the installation method below.
- The best way is to download and extract the ZIP file from the GitHub release, then copy and paste it into the instance you want.
- Notice: you’ll need to update everything manually.
