This is a small patch for RELEASE 0-2-1 Where i'd made many more nerfs, changed up the modlist, and ended up skimming down the content quite a lot

added VANILLATWEAKS and MRBLUEYETI resource packs

-texture fixes, audio and gameplay fixs

-removed IHFR due to being unfinished

-changed gameplay loop
