Updated more mods to latest.

Now using a special in-dev build of VS to fix some lag problems.

Updated a bunch of mods

Updated to VS 2.4, so that Clockwork: Melting Point could be added.

Also added:

• Tweaked Controllers
• Drive-by-wire
• Radium
• Create: Interactive
• Create Big Cannons
• Patchouli

All VS addons have been updated to their 2.4 compatible versions.

Create: Propulsion, VS: Tournament, and Eureka are now special discord-beta versions for 2.4 support.

Create: Interactive has been added, also a special discord-nightly for Create 6 and VS 2.4 support.
