75 mods bumped to their latest compatible builds for NeoForge 21.1.248. A few highlights:

• Distant Horizons jumped a full major version (2.4.5 → 3.2.0)
• C2ME and 3D Skin Layers got meaningful version bumps
• The whole Let's Do series (Bakery, Brewery, Candlelight, Farm & Charm, Furniture, Herbal Brews, Meadow) refreshed
• Doggy Talents Next, Supplementaries, and the Moog's Structures/Nether Structures/Voyager Structures trio all updated
• Lootr got a big version jump (1.10.35.96 → 1.11.37.122), and its old disabled backup jar was cleaned up in the process
• The remaining ~65 mods (Sodium/Lithium ecosystem tweaks, EMI add-ons, MCW furniture packs, texture/animation utilities, etc.) received routine patch updates — no notable behavior changes expected
