There are your ussual stuff like sodium and lithium with a sprinkle of some culling mods.
Gameplay
There are some vanilla+ mods like "Dungeons and Taverns" and "More mobs", but also total game machanics overhaul.

- "Enchahcement" witch adds completlly new achevements and reworks how they work.
- "Advanced Netherite" witch adds more netherite tipes.
