A lot of rounding stuff off, changes relating to Epic Knights and Simple Radio has been added.

• More effects have descriptions now
• large changes to Epic Knights, the mod Knights Of Terra Firma has been added and replaces the in house compat.
• A large amount of items now have melting recipes allowing you to recyle them!
• Proper Exposure compat, photo film is easier to craft.
• The recipe for the Quark backback has been rebalanced, now requiring an ingot of both red and blue steel.
• Some tweaks to TFC artisanal sugar production to make it more competative.
• Resource packs should be enabled by default.
• Various backend changes, more clean kjs scripts, less recipes with errors
