What is this Modpack?

This mod pack is based on Minecraft Transit Railway 4.0 and includes many additional add-ons and utility mods.

Does this Modpack run without a dedicated graphics card?

Yes. However, performance may slow down as you build more complex setups. The author's computer doesn't have a dedicated graphics card either, but it runs smoothly right after starting.
