ModernPojav
A simple, modern modpack for PojavLauncher. Intended to be hosted on a separate server and connected to from low-spce devices.
I've been trying to find a modern, barebones MC modpack for PojavLauncher that actually works, but have had trouble finding one that fit my needs. Thus ModernPojav was born.
This just got approved, so I still need to test on the gcloud to make sure it works as expected.
This pack is intended to run on a standalone server for your low-spec, Pojav-running device to connect to, though I'm sure you could run this all on a high spec'd Android device too. I am primarily testing from my Logitech G Cloud handheld.
Right now I will leave this pack barebones and possibly create an optional modpack with things that actually change gameplay, but that may change.
This appears to give relatively stable 30fps on my G Cloud using:
- Separate pc hosting the server
- Setting client graphics to:
- fast
- 30fps
- 7 chunk distance
- 5 simulation distance
- no clouds
