Various minor tweaks and routine mod updates.

🟢 Additions

Added Old UI for Legacy4J

This replaces the integrated TU0 GUI resource pack, adding specific support for vanilla UI textures for use alongside Golden Days.

Added Legacy/Modern Skin Packs to CurseForge version

These resource packs were previously absent from the CurseForge version of Re-Console+.

⚪️ Configuration Changes

Added Tooltips Enhanced to CurseForge version

Tooltips should now show up properly in all instances for the CurseForge version.

Removed (Experimental) tag from headers for LWS features

This makes world creation options look slightly less scary. Descriptions will continue to show the features as "experimental".

Updated Clean World Loading

The four common stages of the server connection process are now expressed through the number of dots used in the message:

• Connecting -> Connecting to host
• Logging in... -> Connecting to host.
• Encrypting... -> Connecting to host..
• Joining world... -> Connecting to host...
• The remaining stages have been reverted to their vanilla strings.

Removed Quick Pack

This seemed to cause performance issues when loading certain sprites, like when scrolling through Resource Packs/Albums.

🔵 Updates

Updated all mods

All mods and resource packs have been updated.

• Minimega has been updated to 4.1.103, so 6 hunger points should now properly disallow sprint once again.
• Legacy Skins has been updated to 1.6.5, primarily fixing various issues with the skin renderer, as well as other improvements.

Updated Fabric Loader

The Fabric modloader has been updated to 0.18.5.

Summary

Various minor tweaks, performance additions and mod updates.

⚪️ Configuration Changes

Disabled No Prying Eyes Server Toasts

By default, you will no longer see the No Prying Eyes pop-up when joining multiplayer servers.

Updated Clean World Loading

The server connecting screen now only shows Connecting to host... as the text. Once again, if you'd like verbosity back, you can disable this in the Global Resource Packs.

Added Fast IP Ping

Speeds up pinging servers in the Join menu, as well as connecting to servers.

Added Quick Pack

Makes loading larger resource packs (i.e. the mash-up resource packs) much quicker.

🔵 Updates

Updated all mods (including Minimega!)

All mods and resource packs have been updated. Minimega has also finally been updated to 4.1.102, as the softlocking issue has been fixed.

🟣 Meta-changes

The modpack names in the version titles have been removed to account for name handling in certain launchers, as previously, RC+ would show as Re-Console+ RC Plus 26.03.4 (Fabric) on Prism Launcher. The technical version format has also been tweaked to include the modloader name.

Re-Console+ 26.03.3 - "March Patch 3"

Summary

A bunch of changes to the TU0 GUI, fixes for resource albums, and routine mod updates.

⚪️ Configuration Changes

Fixed invisible chests in the Alpha/Beta Texture Packs

Legacy Resources is now applied below Golden Days, so the item/block models from that have been applied. Stuff might look bigger in the inventory, though, so a proper fix will have to be made later.

Fixed the High-Resolution Texture Pack

Faithful Legacy is now properly applied, so the UI should now look properly high-res

Tutorial World Addon updates

• The default Texture Pack will be the Minecraft Classic Texture Pack
• You can now choose the Texture Pack you want to use when joining a Tutorial world

Refactored the TU0 GUI resource pack

This will likely be the last RC+ release with the TU0 GUI as an integrated resource pack, as it will be released as "Old UI for Legacy4J" once it is approved by Modrinth

New Control Types

Xbox 360 Edition (old) and Xbox One Edition (old) Control Types have been added, with the old 360 type in particular having the older Xbox 360 Edition logo

Added more vanilla UI assets

The vanilla widget textures (the buttons and sliders used by default) are now bundled with the TU0 GUI, so Golden Days should no longer override those in the Alpha and Beta Texture Packs.

Fixed World Selection Screen

The Play Game screen (world selection) is now moved down to its proper position

UI Mode dependent screens

• The Old Loading Screen now applies only when the UI Mode is set to HD (720p), otherwise it uses the current screen, like in older non-360 versions.
• The Storage Bar seen on the world selection screen is no longer shown in the FHD UI Mode

Fixed Crafting Interfaces

The inventory no longer spills outside of the UI in the 2x2 interface, and the UI Definition itself has been looked over and fixed up, so now the screen should apply properly

Removed older item tooltips

Since these haven't been working properly, they have been removed

🔴 Removals

Removed redundant Resource Albums from the CurseForge version

• Pirates of the Caribbean, Fallout, Mass Effect and Super Mario packs have been removed due to being unavailable on CurseForge
• The High-Resolution Texture Pack has been removed due to Faithful 32x not downloading properly. This also means Faithful Legacy is removed for the time being.

Removed tu69.zip

This was the TU69 Panorama from the LCE Panorama Collection. This has been removed as it is handled by the Legacy Panorama right now

🔵 Updates

Updated all mods (excluding Minimega)

All mods, resource packs, and shader packs have been updated.

• Minimega is being held at 4.1.61 due to softlocking issues. Battle playtesters should update the mod manually.

Re-Console+ 26.03.2 - "March Patch 2"

Summary

This update primarily fixes various issues relating to Minimega's account linking, issues with Resource Albums, and adds a new internal resource pack

Added Clean World Loading

An integrated resource pack that removes the Preparing for world creation..., Preparing Resources... and Reading world data... strings to clean up the world loading screens. This can be disabled for troubleshooting, if needed.

Several of the resource packs used in the custom Texture Packs have been properly added.

Fixed Alpha and Beta Texture Packs

These packs were using the older versions of Golden Days Base and Golden Days Alpha.

Fresh Animations: Extensions is now correctly applied above Fresh Animations

Re-added Pro Placer

The mod adding Bedrock-style bridging and creative block placing was unintentionally removed. It has now been re-added
