Jorink's Actions & Stuff Pack

• Added Biome Bloom, which adds some extra atmospheric colors

• Added Gous's Hand Poses to add even more animations to first person.
• Tweaked some settings

Re-release of the pack, tested a lot of mods for performance, the pack now has a good balance between quality improvements and performance by using a core shader resource pack instead of actual shaders.
