Various changes have been made to mobs and the world to make everything more challenging. Bosses, enhanced enemy AI, mutants, chance cubes... anomalies. Not all is bad, though. There's a lot of stuff to help you fight against the toughest mobs! Explore the looter-shooter aspect brought to Minecraft with the Apotheosis mod. Weapon variants dropped by hostile mobs, affixes, gems, you name it. Did I mention there's guns?

Fully multiplayer compatible via the Essential mod, the built-in shader (Bliss) is on by default and gives the pack its signature look, but if your pc isn't good enough then turning them off is fine as well.
- For version 2.0 and up, the shader is not needed for fog and darkness effects.
