Removed a few extraneous mods from the earlier version of the modpack.

Removed Bliss & BSL shaders due to graphical issues when loading. Use Complementary Unbound.

Added in various resource packs like 3D Crops, Enhanced Boss bars, and 3D Ladders & Rails.

Updated 36 mods to newest version. (EnvironmentZ Compats intentionally left on old version.)

Updated to Fabric Mod Loader version 0.17.3.

Updated stfu mod means removal of Model Gap Fix, ThreadTweak, and BadOptimizations.

Included options.txt so the resource packs will be auto-applied when installing the modpack for the first time. (Shaders are still disabled by default)
