Added a few mods to improve performance on the server side.

Replaced a few YUNG structure mods with Dungeons and Taverns equivalents and removed the YUNG versions.

Removed Effective and replaced it with a minimal particle mod & AmbientSounds. (Also added RSLS)

By default, music is now muted. (Because why not make the modpack worse?)

Tweaked BetterF3 config slightly.

Added in minor optifine equivalent mods & UI improvement mods.

Added Crash Assistant for debugging purposes.

Added Coven resource back in as an optional resource pack.

Updated 41 mods and several resource packs to their newest version.

Included options.txt so the resource packs will be auto-applied when installing the modpack for the first time. (Shaders are still disabled by default)

A few extra mods to hopefully prevent crashing were added.

Removed the paper doll ui in the top left, now you'll only know to heal by effects you get (slowness, mining fatigue) or the heartbeat sound. :)

Tweaked a ModernFix setting to hopefully fix more ghost block instances in multiplayer settings.

Not related to the modpack, but all patch notes have been tweaked a bit to not have so much repeating text.

Added NERB and TerrablenderFix, significantly improving TPS, loading times, and lag issues.

Added in Simple Voice Chat & World Host to promote an immersive multiplayer!

Tweaked ModernFix settings to help improve ram usage and performance in inventory.
