Added back in a few extra performance mods, like Memory Leak Fix, AntiGhost, Better Biome Reblend.

A few extra mods to hopefully prevent crashing were added.

Removed the paper doll ui in the top left, now you'll only know to heal by effects you get (slowness, mining fatigue) or the heartbeat sound. :)

Tweaked a ModernFix setting to hopefully fix more ghost block instances in multiplayer settings.

Updated (exactly) 40 mods to their newest version. (EnvironmentZ Compats intentionally left on old version)

Not related to the modpack, but all patch notes have been tweaked a bit to not have so much repeating text.
