Huuuge fps optimization to the max! It adds sodium and dynamic fps and complementary shaders and a-lot more.

Why would a user want to download it?

It's good to download because it has a lot of mods and you can should get up to 400 fps on high devices and 100-200 fps on low end. Its also good for 1.21 mods like the mellow or redhat shaders... ohh umm plz use my modpack in a youtube video if someone can.
