What is the Distant Voices Client?

Distant Voices (or The Distant Voices Client) is a client/pack designed primarily for use on the Distant Voices server.
The Client/Pack hosts a large variety of mods used to create the experience of an almost singleplayer experience by removing almost all communication methods between players execept for proximity voice chat and radios/radio stations that players have to setup themselves.

Player name tags no longer show and players can rename themselves with a name tag to appear as someone else in the proximity text chat. Players can also disguse as other players skins by equiping the players head.
